The UEFA Euro 2008 football semifinal match, Game 29, was played in Basel, Switzerland at on 25 June 2008.

Turkey and Germany met in Game 29 to determine who would advance to the final match in the Euro 2008, and Germany emerged victorious. Football prediction: Germany is the winner of Euro 2008 semifinal Game 29.

Turkey was a surprise contender in the competition, holding off Croatia on penalties in the quarterfinal. Germany proved to be the stronger team, however.

Fans at St. Jakob Park showed their enthusiasm for the two clubs but did not give the police undue cause for concern.
