The Beijing Olympic Womens 5000m Final was held on 22 August, 2008.
Our Olympic prediction: The winner of the Beijing Olympic Womens 5000m Final is DIBABA Tirunesh from Ethiopia with a new Olympic record of 14:20.15 minutes. Dibaba is 23 years old and living in Addis Abeba, Ethiopia. She took the bronze medal in the Greek Olympics in 2004.
Dibaba was followed by DEFAR Meseret from Ethiopia and the Russian GALKINA-SAMITOVA Gulnara.
