The results of Royal Rumble 2009 that took place on January 25, 2009 in Detroit, Michigan were announced. The WWE 22nd event got a lot of attention this year with many new wrestlers that did not take part in the previous events.

Our future prediction is : The winner of Royal Rumble 2009 is Shawn Michaels. Michaels is one of the senior wrestlers in the WWE and he is going to retire soon.
