2009 Best Diets

No new revolutionary diet became common in 2009. Yet, the use of proven weight loss and fitness techniques got more and more popular.

The most popular diets are Atkins diet, the Zone diet, Weight watchers, Raw food diets. There is a big concern about the relatively high percentage of African American woman who are considered obese. Teachers had tried to teach African American girls that staying fit and starting a diet is important at least as the new Michelle Obama hairstyle . The 3 hours / 3 days diets are rarely used as people understood these were not really effective.

The use Stability ball became very common. Other sport training programs had become very popular like spinning and pilates.
