Parliamentary Elections were held in South Korea on April 9, 2008. The leader of the ruling party in South Korea did not take part in the elections.
The winner party of the 2008 South Korea’s Parliamentary Elections is Grand National Party (GNP) led by the president Lee Myung-bak. Though, the party did not get a vast majority as it had expected - it will be awarded with 160 seats out of 299 seats in the national assembly of South Korea. The president will have difficulties running the reforms he had announced earlier this year.
So It Be? Maybe…
