The Louisiana primary election took place on February 9th, 2008.
There were no reliable polls for the elections in Louisiana and the candidates had all devoted a lot of effort for their success over there. Louisiana is considered a Republican state after giving George Bush 57% of it’s votes in the 2004 elections.
The winners of the 2008 Louisiana Primary were Hillary Clinton for the Democrats and John McCain for the Republicans.
