The Coca Cola Football League’s League Two Playoff was held Monday, 26 May 2008 at Wembley Stadium in Wembley, England.
This year, Rochdale AFC and Stockport County met at Wembley to determine a winner, and Rochdale came out the winner. English football prediction: Rochdale is the winner of the 2008 League Two Final Play-off.
League Two is the third highest division in The Football League, and it ranks fourth in the overall English football system. When the season is over, the top three teams are promoted to League one, along with the winner of the playoffs between the teams ranked fourth through seventh. Rochdale has not advanced to this level in nearly four decades.
