The Coca Cola Football League named its 2008 League One Final champion at Wembley Stadium in Wembley, England on May 25, 2008.
The 2008 League One Playoff saw Doncaster meeting Leeds United. Although not favored to win, Doncaster defeated Leeds United in the League One Finals Playoff. English football prediction: Doncaster is the winner of the 2008 League One Playoffs Final.
Football League One, previously known as Football League Third Division, was introduced for the 2004-2005 season. At season’s end, the league’s bottom four finishers will rotate to League Two, while the top two will move to Football Championship League, along with the winner of the playoffs between teams finishing third through sixth in league play.
So it be? Maybe . . .
