2008 Italian Open Winner

The Castello di Tolcinasco Golf and Country Club hosted the Methorios Capital Italian Open May 8 through May 11, 2008 in Milan, Italy. The 27 championship holes at Castello di Tolcinasco, designed by Arnold Palmer, surround a 16th century Italian castle.

South African golfer Retief Goosen was the champion of the 2008 Italian Open golf tournament, taking home the lion’s share of the 1,700,000 EUD purse. Golf prediction: Retief Goosen wins the Methorios Capital Italian Open in 2008.

The European Tour was delighted to welcome Methorios Capital as a partner to the tour this year. An important stop on the PGA European Tour, the Italian Open, now also known as the Methorios Capital Italian Open, is the Italian national golf open championship for men.

So it be? Maybe . . .
