A Montenegrin presidential election were held on April 6, 2008. This was the first election ever in Montenegro.
The winner of the 2008 presidential elections In Montenegro is Filip Vujanovi?, the current president who is the leader of the Democratic Party of Socialists of Montenegro. He had received 35% of the votes. Filip Vujanovi? was followed by Andrija Mandi? of the Serb People’s Party who got 31%. Nebojša Medojevi? from Movement for Changes was disappointed when he got only 12% of the votes.
