The 2008 Champions League Semi Final matches were played on two legs - April 22 and April 30, 2008.
The winner of the 2008 Champions League Semi Final between Liverpool and Chelsea was Chelsea. Chelsea had won both games and it was the first time Chelsea had won Liverpool at the Champions League Semi Final after loosing at the same situation for the past two years. Avram Grant, the manager of Chelsea had enjoyed a great game by Didier Drogba.
