The sixth season of CTV’s popular Canadian Idol competition premiered Tuesday, June 3, 2008; the top ten performers were named July 15.
Included in the final ten competing for the title of Canadian Idol were 16-year old Jake White of Saskatoon, Sasketchewan and 25-year old Martin Kerr of Edmonton, Alberta. Television competition prediction: Jake White and Martin Kerr made the top ten competitors in Canadian Idol 2008.
Ben Mulroney returned to hose the popular show’s sixth season. The judges declared this season’s field of competitors the most talented to date.
