2008 Beijing Olympics Women’s 4 x 100m Relay Results

The Women’s 4×100m relay was held Friday, August 22, 2008 at National Stadium in Beijing. Qualifying rounds were held one day earlier.

Workers began construction on Beijing’s National Stadium, also known as the “Bird’s Nest,” in 2003. The graceful structure, which served as the centerpiece for many Olympics events, including the opening and closing ceremonies, seats 91,000 spectators.
